When I make breadcrumbs, I have to have my mini prep food processor. It is the only way to get fine texture. I used to use it for other things, but now it is strictly a breadcrumb maker due to the Ninja!
My knife is the best too, but watch your hands! It is dangerous! Never needs sharpening!

I’d use that money to revamp my kitchen. Buy that state-of-the-art food processor I’ve been eyeing for months now. And a crock pot, a real crock pot! I’d get new pots and pans (some of my non-stick pans are starting to look a little worse for wear …). Maybe a Best Buy Hand Blender, and a cute retro kettle. All sorts of cake tins.
