Five for Friday-Last weekend in the basement!

Hello all my dear readers!  Happy Friday!  My thoughts and love are going out to Nice today.  I went there on my European travels and it was such a great town.  When will this stop!?

Anyway, I have a fun weekend ahead and then the move begins for reals.  I am a tinch hungover today, had a roaring time at the Moxy Hotel grand opening party!  If you follow me on Instagram and snapchat (username: missyquiggs) you got to see some of the awesome!  Linking up with with Amanda for Friday Favorites and Tif/Katie/Caitlin/Della for High Five for Friday  Here we go!

Tuesday.  It was a doozy.  I told y'all last week I was getting up early to work out in the morning.  I also got a flat tire on the way home from work Monday. These things all lead to Tuesday...

I'm so glad I have Audi Care!
I got to Pure Barre right before the doors close without signing up for class. And am greeted by Platform. Now this may sound like Greek to some of you, but let me tell you, when you are mentally prepared to do regular Pure Barre and had nothing but half a coffee to eat, it really is a shock to the system. And it really got my day started on the wrong foot. I got in my car and it sounded funny. I ignored it and went on home and then to work. Costco had my tire for cheap, and did not open until 10 am so I tool a very early lunch. I arrive at Costco, and they have to order the tire. I spend part of my Nordstrom anniversary sale budget on the tire and then, my car won't start. Logistical nightmare ensues as you can imagine!

I read 249 pages of this book at Costco while while waiting for my tire to be installed.  There are 401 pages.  I am going to have to go back and get it.  I really liked this book, but so far I just really don't find the characters likable at all.  Maybe that will change when I finish it!  Maybe I should just go back to Costco and finish it for free!  That sectional I sat on was comfy!

Favorite things Blogger exchange!  Thanks to Sarah and Jessica (can't link to her for some reason) for hosting!   I got my two new blogger friends, Danielle and the lovely hostess Sarah my new favorite product, the Pure Body Naturals Vitamin C serum from Amazon.  I have told you about it before, I cannot believe the results! Seriously people keep asking me what I did to my face.  It is a steal for around $15 depending on the day.
I received this awesome wet brush from Vanessa just in time for my beach trip!  It came in handy and I am loving it!

And I got a fun package from Dara that contained Burts Bees facial wipes, some fun nail polish and a notebook that says do what you love.  So fun!

Click on over to their blogs to see what they gave me!

Have you seen Hunting Vintage on HGTV yet?  Maybe it is just something I love as a lawyer that works in Historic Preservation but it is so great!  I love seeing all the historic homes and how they vary in different areas of the country. After I move in next weekend to my former and future historic home I will give a reveal of mine!
I'm just teasing you with one of my Painting with a Twist masterpieces!

Have you heard of Sugru? It is rubber that warms to your touch and is moldable.  I have noticed all my apple cords have been fraying and it is so annoying!  I need this product!  I am so glad I saw it in Better Homes and Gardens!

Hope y'all had a great week and have an even better weekend! See you back here on Monday!

Happy Cooking!
